It makes us believe that anything is possible. Having self-belief is the element behind positive thinking, enabling us to progress and go on to greater things. By capturing the essence of PMA and learning to wield its magic whenever we most need it, we can drastically improve the quality of life.
But how can we effectively gain PMA to use whenever we like? Well, it is as simple as recalling the ingredients in a favorite recipe. Go back to the last time you were positive. Remember how you felt. By bringing to mind the qualities of PMA, you can quite easily recreate these thought patterns at will. Using active meditation and visualization on a regular basis can help summon up positive thinking.
