1/2 cup lemon balm leaves
1/4 cup chamomile leaves and flowers
1/4 cup sage leaves

Place these herbs in a muslin bag and put under the warm running bath tap. Add 1/2 cup of cider vinegar to the bath as well.

Soak in the bath for 15 minutes or more while relaxing and letting your body enjoy the herbs. These
antibiotic herbs are both relaxing and therapeutic.
